Major Memories
If you’ve ever…
… combed through 15 identical flash drives for the “Christmas_2009” folder…
… flipped through several shoe boxes, only to find your favorite photo is creased or sticky…
… scrolled half a mile through a blur of thousands of snaps on your phone…
… you know how overwhelming it feels to have a disorganized, potentially damaged collection of memories!
I help families preserve their memories by turning boxes of old photos and dusty flash drives into beautifully curated libraries. When your memories are sorted, arranged, and protected, you’re free to enjoy those precious keepsakes and share them with generations to come!
Your memories, brought into focus
Organize
The first step is to gather every photo and keepsake, both physical and digital. This can seem incredibly overwhelming, as most people have several thousand photos in different formats, spread out across multiple devices! Organizing your library into a simple, ordered system gives you some control back over your memories.
Curate
After your library is collected, I can complete a detailed review of your photos, as broadly or specifically as your project requires— for example, you may need help with a curated archive of your entire collection, or just an album of family Christmases throughout the years. All collections are filtered for duplicates, blurries & fuzzies, and Dad’s fingertips over the lens.
Preserve
Photos, letters, and other keepsakes are scanned into your organized system and converted into industry-standard formats. This ensures your family’s memories can be shared, enjoyed, and properly cared for. No more photo clutter or scrolling for that one special snapshot; your library will be ready for posterity!
Photos : Time held still
I’ve always loved flipping through my family’s old albums and hearing the stories behind the snapshots, so while everyone else was busy with their sourdough starters in 2020, I became besties with my scanner. I sorted through and digitized several lifetimes worth of memories, and gained a deeper appreciation for my family’s history— from the letters my grandparents wrote during World War II, I was able to gain a sense of how loving and devoted they were to each other, while snaps of holidays past brought back warm, merry memories.
I feel incredibly lucky to have such sweet mementos, and I understand how important it is to properly care for these keepsakes! I’m passionate about helping others organize, curate, and preserve their most precious photos and making them easy to find, share, and enjoy! Let’s work together to protect your family’s legacy.
“We take photos as a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone.”
